When I first began to listen to atheist and secular content on a regular basis one of the first people I came across was David Smalley. I began listening to David and the crew over at Dogma Debate and instantly became a "4th Listener". David's approach to the topic of religion, whether it be a respectful conversation with a non-believer to harshly calling out religious BS was exactly what I was looking for. David's show is a down to earth show that is very inviting and has me captivated every time I listen.
As I listened early on I began to realize the importance of speaking out and standing up for the seperation of church and state and not just being a bystander who agrees but does nothing. Its because of David and Dogma Debate that I started my podcast. By no means is my show even near the level of his nor is that my intent. I would recommend people listen to Dogma Debate 100% of the time over my show. The reason I was inspired by David to venture into the world of podcasting was he made me realize that doing a podcast is a great way for me to vent to a world that is mostly religious. I figured that by doing a small podcast it would invite people to engage in conversation that I could learn from.
I have learned a lot by listening to Dogma Debate. I have been inspired to be a vocal member of the community on issues of seperation of church and state, and I have learned the importance of letting my voice be heard. So at this time I would like to thank David Smalley and the entire crew at Dogma Debate for providing people with great content that inspires, educates, and entertains. Oh and thanks again for the congrats pictures you sent my wife when she obtained her Masters degree. To this day those are some of her favorites.
